The simple answer to this question is 'YES' you can work in United Kingdom, following certain guidelines made by the government of UK specially for International students. Students on applying for a courses of more than 6 months duration are given a passport stamp that allows them to work part-time during the term (up to 20 hours a week) and any number of hours during the vacations. It may also be possible for you to stay on further in the UK for practical training. Under the 'Training and Work Experience Scheme', an employers can apply for a work permit to a eligible person in a particular post for this employment.
